Building blocks for a Comprehensive Model Regulatory Framework for Private Schools in India
The aim of this document is to create a set of key building blocks for developing a model national regulatory framework for private schools, that can be adapted by states to their context. As such, the starting point is not a pre-determined framework, but a content analysis of provisions that exist in the laws of India’s states and union territories.

En el presente informe se describen las principales actividades emprendidas por el Relator Especial sobre los derechos humanos de los migrantes, Felipe González Morales, en el período examinado. En él, el Relator Especial hace hincapié en los problemas de derechos humanos que experimentan los migrantes en situación irregular y presenta un análisis de la manera en que la situación de irregularidad aumenta la vulnerabilidad ante las violaciones de los derechos humanos.

The Special Rapporteur on the right to education, Ms. Farida Shaheed, visited UNESCO from 16 to 20 January 2023. This report is a global investigation of the education technology (EdTech) endorsed by 49 governments for children’s education during the pandemic. Based on technical and policy analysis of 163 EdTech products, Human Rights Watch finds that governments’ endorsements of the majority of these online learning platforms put at risk or directly violated children’s privacy and other children’s rights, for purposes unrelated to their education.
